I still only have one freaking evolve item, but EVERY single pokemon ready to go that uses one. Ugh.

 

Weather is finally good enough for me to have gone out on a sweet 10km walk that has left me at 192/193!!!

I hatched two Larvitars, a Skarmory, a fucking Chansey (lol), a Tyrogue and I think something else that I've forgotten, plus caught/evolved a few new pokes like Pupitar, Qwilfish, Shuckle, Sunkern, Yanma and Azumarill. And lastly, caught a 797cp 87% IV female Eevee for my Umbreon!!! It ended up 1777cp after I powered it up to max so I am v happy with that!

 

I have a Girafarig nest nearby that spawns at an extremely fast rate - are those pretty good? Worth stocking up?

 

Guys I need your advice - SilphRoad says that Tyrogues that have HP as their strongest stat when you appraise them evolve into Hitmontop. The one I have says its strongest stat is HP but that it's defence is equally strong (IV checker has it as 11/12/12) - should I roll the dice and evolve it or wait for one that has just HP as it's strongest stat to be sure?

Hmm depends on if you have enough candy that you can try again soon just in case haha. I've read that if two of the stats are tied, it will just be a random pick between the two.

I've got 50 candies and it only needs 25 to evolve so I'm good, but i'm still reluctant due to the fact it will be random like you say!

Just evolved my 96% Eevee into an Espeon with Future Sight

 

oh HELL YEAH!!! Aerodactyl hatched from my latest 10km egg, gen 1 pokedex complete!

In news that will surprise no-one ITT, I will NOT be quitting this game like I said I would, 'cause I've taken a liking to some of these gen 2 pokes lol. Currently 193/193.

I caught my aerodactyl outside a cheesecake factory.

 

Still determined to hatch a Lapras and Aerodactyl somehow.... Dragonite I'll get eventually and Hitmonchan I think I can get through Tyrogue.

Not much left to do for Gen 1, but at least Gen 2 makes casually playing still entertaining.

 

Finally hatched a Dratini to give me enough for a Dragonair.

The dream is Lapras though. No matter how terrible it is now

 

I needed a Chansey and an Aerodactyl for months, yet hatched both within 24hrs of each other (excluding the Chansey I caught in that stupid valentines event lol). It WILL happen eventually, you will get the pokes you need!

 

Just got a Skarmory. Too bad it's IVs suck. Apparently I care about that now ever since you guys brought up pokegenie

 

Caught Skarmory as well today in the most random spot that I've never seen a Pokémon spawn.
