Is Pokemon Storage update usually 200 coins?

Not going to lie, once the event ended, I had no motivation to open up the app :(

Just push them out already! haha getting anxious. I know nothing about Gen 2 either so it's going to be very new for me.

    don't think it's g2 though lol

I don't think gen2 will be an actual app update that you download. Just like the holiday events show up without requiring an app update.

Yeah it won't be an app update, it'll be in the backend

I would think considering Sprint is an official sponsor of the game they would be given some information about it, but hey I guess we'll see

Not upgrading storage automatically is such a scam. You're not taking my money.

Yeah, adding more berries and more monsters without increasing size seems low, even for them.

I think Niantic has had some missteps along the way, but how is not increasing the size of the bag "low?" You don't have the spend money on this game. I have only spent 20 dollars on this game since it's release and am at level 31 and only need an Aerodactyl to finish the gen 1 dex. I have more than enough room in my bag for more Pokemon. All you have to do is put your dudes in gyms and collect coins everyday. So, if anything, I see them as cutting the price in half for a little bit pretty nice of them considering you don't have to spend real money on the game if you collect coins from the gyms.

lol, there is no depths that these companies won't sink to, believe me. Highest grossing mobile game EVER, but still can't resist an extra couple £/$ from as many players as possible...

Edit: That being said though, this only annoys me because I want to have at least one of every pokemon in the game. If you didn't want to do that, then I guess you wouldn't need to bother with increase storage/spending money and just ditch any of your less favourable pokemon.

What's the base amount of storage? Without upgrading?

Ehhhhh I suffer from same team gym lockout in my area. Makes it almost impossible. I get on average 10 coins a week playing almost everyday.

with 251 pokemon between the two generations, that's UNACCEPTABLE

but really, seems dumb not to give an upgrade with gen 2

I must've got about 50 coins from gyms in my entire time of playing this game, at least 5 days a week since the day it came out. Battling gyms is time-consuming and unrewarding IMPO.

Where do you live that it's that easy to put Poke's in gyms?

On my screen now there are 5 gyms; in order of one gym

There is no way I can ever take over a gym to put my one poke in there.

I live in Panama City, Florida. It's not a huge city, but it's not small either. But, I've had the same 7 Pokemon sitting in gyms for over two weeks now. Don't get me wrong, it took almost an entire day of grinding to get them into the gyms, but they've stuck in their since I've put them in.

Seems silly sure, but it's in the end a minor grievance. I'm sure they'll make much more money than they'll lose from the few people (if any) who would choose to stop playing because of it lol

I'm not gonna lie, sometimes I forget that playing the game varies from place to place due to the differences in rural areas, big cities, and middle of road cities.

I genuinely feel a good 50% of this thread would have quit this game long ago if they played where I lived (There's def people ITT that I wouldn't trade locations with either!). There's literally small farming towns about 15-20 miles from me that are better for this game than the large town I'm in :verysad:

Just got forced to update to continue playing but I'm not in wifi.... so much for playing on my commute home.

No one actually quits the game. They just complain that the game bugs them and they're done playing but then they keep posting and playing lol.

You don't have to spend money on the game. Use coins. Sheesh.
