Started playing this game again because I have some spawn points in and around my house. I've been blowing a ton of my stardust which has been satisfying and I'm almost at level 25. Also I've been playing with the AR on now which is helping me catch more stupid pidgeons and rats.

 

Lvl 25 is great. Didn't realize there was such a good item reward there.

 

Hahahahahhahahafuckthisgame.

Why is Onix so weak? Feel like it should be stronger at least by comparison to the games right?

 

They might have tried to think ahead and kept him weaker so that when he gains his evolution in the future gens, he doesn't become way OP. Although that could be giving them too much credit because they didn't really do that with Scyther.

I've only ever seen and caught two onix and they were both below 200CP. Made me especially mad because I just caught the second one two days ago and I actually put in the work to track it out assuming it had to be better than the one I had

 

Got a Primeape today. 120 now.

 

Gonna have a couple hours to kill in Columbus before a show today, gonna visit a Charmander nest

 

124 now as just evolved a Dodrio. Eggs are pretty much the only way I am going to complete the pokedex now - I've hatched 272 of them so far!!!

 

Holy crap, how do you keep your phone alive? I've only hatched 23.

 

I pretty much just do my usual commute and/or walk in 3km incriments every other day or so. A 10km egg will take around 5 days I'd say, so battery life isn't affected too much!
I just seem to get a LOT of eggs from pokestops, which I believe is because either a) I'm in a small town with little variety, so the game helps me balance that with frequent eggs, or b) I'm on the yellow team & maybe hatching pokemon is their specialty or some shit (based on that description of the team when you join them at level 5 - I can't remember what that description said so I may just be pulling that from my ass lol)

 

I'm also Yellow. I almost allows seem to have 9 eggs too. I've never purchased an incubator though.

I've spent about 6-7 dollars for incubators yeah. Honestly from the amount of time I've spent playing this game that doesn't bother me

 

I'm at 92/92 in my dex (slowing down) but I still haven't spent anything

 

Just saw a Golem silhouette while I was at a gas station in a heavy traffic area. Times like that it makes me quite angry they shut down the trackers. I'm not about to go wander aimlessly in dress clothes with cars zooming by looking for that thing.
