Just caught a CP1773 Snorlax with the moves Lick and Hyper Beam. 95% IV's across the board.

 

San Francisco really is the Mecca of Pokemon Go right now haha. And yes, trades need to be a thing soon.

 

JUST HATCHED A CHARMANDER FROM A 2KM EGG!!! 500+cp its fucking lit I love u all !!!

 

I'm 6 candies away from Charmeleon so im.never gonna hatch another one.

 

I don't know if it's been mentioned before, but I can confirm that the eeveelution trick does not work a second time. I evolved three of them back to back and it didn't work. Fortunately, I got three different ones though.

 

Talking about IV's is this game is so silly to me.

 

It seriously barely makes any difference at all, let alone a difference that's actually noticeable. Especially with a battle system that's so heavily weighted towards attackers to begin with.

 

Saw a gyarados silhouette, immediately left for lunch, found it, and it ran away. Devastated.

Then I hatched a pikachu so I'm not yet quitting this dumb game.

I've not gotten it to work the last NINE times I've evolved my Eevees lol I've definitely made sure that none I already have are nicknamed either. I had two Eevees that were maxed out and wanted a Vaporeon and didn't get one with either...

 

I'm here to talk if you need man. That's gotta be heart shattering.

My buddy had the same experience with two Aerodactyls. I've been talking him through it.

 

Yeah tried the trick again and it didn't work 3 times in a row.

 

Just added a Snorlax and Tangela to my Pokedex.

 

Are eggs not gaining enough km since the new update? Anyone else having this problem? Did my normal 2 mile walk today (equal to 3.2 km) and it only registered about 1.4 km. What gives?

 

Yeah, it's taking me forever to get this last 1km on my 10km egg

 

It's always something with these updates.

 

It's pretty bad that with almost every feature in this game, you immediately say "Well, this prooobably doesn't work right. What's the workaround?"

 

opposite for me, my eggs have been getting updated more quickly than they used to

 

Saw my first wild 1000+ CP Pokemon but it was a Hypno so I didn't even bother varying it because I already have 3 of those and could evolve 3 more...

 

I think they worked on species diversity, at least near me maybe. I've seen 8 new Pokes (Pikachu, Dratini, Dragonair, Diglett, Sandshrew, Tauros, Vileplume (only seen Oddish in the wild), and Tangela) in the last 24 hours.

Still drowning in drowzees over here.

 

I dropped by Walmart on my way home from work. Caught 6 Pidgeys, 3 Eevees, 3 Rattatas, a Magikarp, Snorlax, Starmie, and Scyther. All within 15 minutes. This is the best spot in my city I think haha.

Edit: oh yeah, and the most exciting part about all of that was that the nearby system actually worked. When Snorlax and Scyther popped up, they fell further down the list so I turned around and they ACTUALLY appeared for me.

 

Yup, it's been super good on my end as well.
