caught my seventh shiny sneasel today lol

 

i haven't seen a shiny in months.

 

used a glacial lure and its spawning nothing but grass types.

 

definitely think shiny pokemon odds were boosted this last event, i went MONTHS without seeing a non-community day shiny and without looking think i encountered 8-10 in the last few weeks.

 

Sneasel is like a 1 out of 60 chance of a shiny so a lot of people came into a ton of those with how frequently it's been a featured event mon since the evolution event. ive had shit luck with anything else haha.

excited for Heatran to come back. been a bit since we had a new shiny legendary other than that Regi weekend i couldn't be bothered with

 

yeah i missed Heatran last year and like, was so confused as to why they just never brought it back but kept rotating the damn birds and kyogre. looking forward to raiding hard on the 8th for raid hour. I also have an ex raid pass for the 8th which i heard will be a new ex raid boss since regigi leaves on the 7th?

 

there was a Niantic tweet posted on reddit saying the jan 8 ex raids are still Regi

My phone got pretty busted up last week, so I got a new one. Can't get any sort of credit on my old one soooo I think I might start an alt account on it, just for fun. Bad idea? Great idea?

 

i dont think theres anything wrong about it but i will say if anyone at a raid gets a shiny and they have two or three phones i silently judge them as "that makes it only half or a third as cool/special"

Does anyone know if there is a set amount of time it takes for them to approve poke stop submissions?

 

Mine have mostly taken around a week. For some people it's been longer. It depends on the number of people reviewing on Wayfarer in your area. I think they need 10 people to approve the stop to accept it.

 

Reddit/The Silph Road are showing no reported acceptances since the new year, which is really odd considering the number of users. There is a belief that Niantic halted new stops due to the lawsuit last year; 12/30 would have been the cut-off for them to comply with the terms.
