FINALLY got a pikachu out of an egg

 

went apartment hunting in philly the other day, made a decision based off of the amount of pokestops in the area :)

 

"I will warn you, there have been several shootings in the area..."
"Yeah, but do Dratini always spawn here?"

 

Got a Jynx out of an egg. I ACTUALLY got something I needed haha although I did finally get a Charmander out of an egg. First one since starting the game.

I've caught about 15 pokes today on the first ball. I'm not complaining!

 

Just anecdotally it feels like they tweaked something cus it does feel a lot easier to catch stuff now. Maybe even overcorrected hah

 

yeah def feels easier to catch stuff atm. Caught a 500+cp pokemon first time with a regular pokeball - that never happens

 

Caught a Wartortle while touring the place, so it's decided.

 

This keeps reposting, and I don't know why.

Finally evolved my Pikachu yesterday, and today accidentally transferred my Raichu. I'm very sad right now.

 

Does anyone else feel like you're going to delete this game months before you'd ever get a Charizard, Dragonite, Blastoise, etc? Because I couldn't ever imagine realistically getting those.

 

Was stoked to catch a Dragonair last night and finally get enough Magikarps to evolve to a Gyrados. Also picked up an Onyx and a Tentacruel but had a Growlithe run from me.

 

I'm at the WWE Live event in my town and I'm sitting right in the middle of two Pokestops with lures on them. I'm in heaven.

 

Caught a blastoise in the wild. Took 30 great balls. Worth it.

 

I've still only seen 3 Squirtles in the wild, zero Charmanders & Bulbasaurs

 

I put 6 lures down in a row this morning as my office for the day is a pokestop! The first three brough up nothing but basics (besides one Mankey) but the second three there was a much wider variety. Caught enough Eevee's to get a Flareon and a Vaporeon using the evolve trick!!! They are now my 2nd & 3rd best CP respectively, but the Vaporeon is super weak

 

I have not seen any Charmanders, Bulbasaurs or Squirtles. Squirtle keeps appearing on my radar as a shadow but I can never find it before it goes.

 

There is definitely a squirtle nest pretty close to work, and I'm starting to think there may be one by my apartment now. Seen a couple in a few days. Pretty close to a Blastoise!

 

See I never had much of a problem catching pokemons before and rarely used more than 2-3 balls and I feel like now I use more than I have before. Sometimes 10+. Then every once in awhile I'll catch something that's 600+ CP with one regular pokeball. Makes no sense ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

 

The Mcdonalds close to me has a Magikarp nest. I think it is because it is behind a reservoir, but who knows.

 

When you catch a pokemon in a pokeball, is it supposed to do the whole 3 wobbles then the stars every time? 'Cause I've caught a few weaker ones today and as soon as the pokeball hits the floor it comes up with the "gotcha, blahblah was caught"!

I also caught my first Magmar today, has fire blast at 100, but was only 94cp with 23hp!!!

 

I've caught a bunch of squirtles, never seen another starter in the wild

 

I've seen all the starters in the wild. Still yet to see a Pikachu.
