You mean in the 7 km eggs? That would be Lileep, Anorith, Feebas, Beldum, Nincada, Mawile and Absol.

Yup. If evolved during the event it will have a special move (not indicated what move though). It evolves with a Sinnoh stone.

Edit: No mention of a shiny either.

 

EDIT: I've never enjoyed using Ice types, so I'm pretty meh on the CD choice. The Sinnoh stones during the event though is super nice.

there will be a shiny, the majority of the Community Day announcements haven’t mentioned the shiny chance iirc

 

I guess the other ancient power pokes will be sinnoh stone as well. Bummer.

 

For some reason I find Swinubs to be the trolliest catch. I swear they break out of balls at a higher rate than other pokes.
