My Hariyama has been at the gym for 2 days and 18 hours.

 

Do you get anything if you leave a Pokémon at a gym once you defeat it? I usually just leave it empty haha

That’s a way to earn coins. I found that if you leave a Pokémon for 12 ish hours you get up to 50 coins per day. There’s a lot of things hidden in this game; I’d recommend googling a beginners guide. If you want a quick read listicles usually have a lot of condensed info for new players

 

The pokestop incubators have helped me get rid of all my old alolan eggs. Feelsamazingman

Caught a Finneon and a Skorupi today. Almost caught a Croagunk but couldn't get there in time.

 

In addition to the previously mentioned coins, having team control over the gym will give you more items when you spin the gym's Pokestop. It'll also improve your gym badge (bronze to silver to gold), which will give you more items every time you visit that gym.

Just did a rare Alolan Marowak raid and a guy in my group got a shiny...

 

Failed my second raid, ugh. My friend bailed because it started raining and I lost, Welp. It's so annoying when you get like one move away and time just runs out, ugh.

 

Worst feeling. I always hope that if people get them, they don't get them in raids with me haha.
