So, I finally had a chance to really read the breakdown for the event and how they are staggering each bonus every couple of days. Does anyone happen to know if when one bonus starts the other ends (if that makes any sense)?

Like does the double candy end when the stardust starts, etc.?

 

double candy was DOPE last night during my weekly mystery box. 247 meltan candies in a half hour pinapping/transferring them all. i hope double candy lasts until next tuesday night as well.

 

i have almost 600 meltan candies, just waiting on a good IV to evolve.

 

HOW

 

weekly mystery box from transferring pokemon to the switch game from the phone. It spawns 18-20 meltan in 30 minutes and they never run so you pinap the shit out of them.

 

Lol, so my buddy reminded me of the double candy thing and making sure to find someone who has Pokemon Let's Go to take advantage for Meltan. I figured I wouldn't be able to take advantage of it because I was pretty sure my wife was getting it for me for Christmas. I was talking to my other buddy about it and then like an hour later he came out of his room (he's living with us right now because he was displaced from the hurricane) and he was holding Let's go and he said Merry Early Christmas and I squealed like a child.

Really sad how much it made my day when he brought that out to me lol

you gotta grind out and get to fuchsia city, because that's where the "Go Park" is (not safari zone) and that's when you can start to transfer pokemon.

 

Yeah, I was reading that last night. So, I ended up staying up until around 2 in the morning playing it.

 

Got 428 Meltan candies, but I can't get a really good one. Best one I have is 84%, but it has crap attack and defense...

Edit: Actually I think I'll evolve this one for now and send it to Let's Go when I get a better one for PoGo.

 

yeah I have an 87% but its CP42.

 

Oh... At least mine was CP 550 or something.

 

I have a 98% IV Meltan that I can’t wait to evolve

 

i evolved my 84% one because i ain’t ever using that abomination anyway

 

I don't even know if I want to move a Melmetal to Let's Go or just leave it in Go.

 

I just got the game so I don't know, but can you move a Melmetal over to Let's Go? I thought only Kanto region Poke could be transferred over.

 

yeah you can, Meltan/metal and the Alolan forms are the only exceptions to the Kanto rule
