This update was an obvious excuse to just remove features they were too lazy to fix

 

Stopped by a gym for the first time since the update and it gave me more trouble than ever.

 

Has anyone used this site before to calculate Individual Value (IV) of your Pokemon?

Sorry if I'm late to the game, but its pretty cool at determining whether to hold onto something or keep looking.

 

Is anybody else able to hatch eggs by just sitting the app open on the table for a few hours? My guy just walks around in circles since the update before this one haha maybe because I live in a brick building but.. works for me

 

My girlfriend thinks they removed the Pokemon tracking feature to cut down on people like trespassing and shit, which makes sense to me

 

Also: they removed it from the play store, but I found a .apk download of PokeDetector and it still works. Androidware supported, notifies you of Pokemon, and you can filter out notifications for certain Pokemon so you're not bombarded by Weedles.

Could definitely be it. I wouldn't blame them, really.

 

Lucky. I've seen them twice and they broke free and ran each time. Sad theyre rarer now :(

 

Random one - Has anyone ever seen a wild Butterfree?

 

Is there any significance to the pokeball menu colors?

For those that don't know what I mean. When you click the pokeball to bring up the pokemon and pokedex and items, hold your finger down and slide across the different icons to make different colors.

The only reason I feel like this might mean something is because it doesn't make that color when you just click it without having your finger held down.

 

Yes, a week ago maybe and another one was in my "nearby" today. Caught the first one.

 

Since 12:30, I caught 22 Pokemon. Got a lot of items back, and a 10km egg. Seems to have stabilized a bit, cause I was catching things 400 and 500 CP with one regular pokeball.

 

I had some issues with a Pidgey earlier today. But nothing else out of the ordinary.

 

Yes. I caught it 2 weeks ago at 501CP.

 

I just evolved my first Pokemon to get over the 1000 cp mark and it was my Arcanine so I was pretty stoked on that.

 

So they are actually out there then!!! I've only seen 2 or 3 metapods, let alone a butterfree!

 

I broke the 1000 mark by going straight to 1500. That was pretty cool.

 

caught a cp 700 something alakhazam. i dont think hes that rare anymore but i was excited

 

The Pokemon is not centered at all when capturing. What the heck.

 

I would take that in a heartbeat. He's one of my top favorites but I've only been able to wrangle in about four Abra's.

 

My friends house has spawned 3 Pikachu while I have been there despite not being on the map. I love this.

 

Nothing spawns anywhere close to my house. Damn you, suburbia.

 

A 900 CP Taurus just ran away from me in my bedroom. That was upsetting.
