Little clarification that i just read on the “evolve an evolved grass type”. You have to have evolved it from its first form already. Aka, if you catch a skiploom or an ivysaur or a nuzleaf and evolve it, it wont count. It has to start as its first form. This makes it a little harder but im glad i know this now.

Edit: i am now reading that some people have caught and evolved and it worked, maybe initially it was a glitch?

 

Yeah I was able to evolve a Weepinbell and that completed the task. Think it’s a lack of GPS signal causing it not to work.

 

Good to know - hoping like 10 hoppips spawn tonight! Lol

 

the Seedot seems to be the only leaf type that has issues, otherwise you can go straight from a second to third evolve

 

Meant to reply to this sooner but just so you don’t waste a raid pass in the future, tier 4 are all impossible to solo. Tier 3 are all possible, but can be difficult based on how powerful your counters are.

I evolved a Hoppip and it didn't count for me grrrr

 

It won’t work with Hoppip, you would have to evolve a Skiploom

 

Ah. I missed "evolved" in the task all day. This is even more annoying now as I'm sitting on 98 candies of an Ivysaur.

 

Finally got New tonight. Also was able to evolve to get Typhlosion and Sceptile. Tonight was a good night

 

Accidentally keep opening gifts when I have egg slots so now I have five alolan eggs. I need a Vulpix so that is my only saving grace.

 

Ugh. Some of these research things are a joke

There was a Lunatone in my neighborhood this morning but I couldn’t find it. I’m so upset.

 

there's been a Stantler in my neighborhood but never close enough for me to catch, elusive. hopefully it comes closer today.

 

I got one last night. I'm obsessed with Lunatone. Whenever someone spots on in my area I am out the door as fast as possible...I've managed to bag 9!

 

I don’t have a single one. Apparently they were all over this morning but I couldn’t go out in time. I’m hoping they have secretly increased the spawns in general.

 

i cant evolve an evolved grass type pokemon if all thats spawning near me are woopers and sunkerns.

and for the love of god ENOUGH WITH THE PARAS'.

 

Its so weird that Lunatone is a problem here. They were all over in Japan.

Weird, I've caught like 20 Solrocks, would have presumed Lunatone was similarly easy to get.

 

It’s been so rare here we have a whole channel on discord for people to post spawns.
