When I was in Philly for Larvitar day I had a 1000 shiny Wailmer that turned into a Surskit when caught and it was the worst thing that ever happened to me.

 

Just traded for an Alolan Exeggutor. And I got a Mareep (yay!) with 4 IV (boo!)

 

Oh and I finally got my Mew.

 

Tomorrow is my ex raid. I don’t even know if I’ll be able to make it out to it, let alone if anyone else will be there

 

Our slack group is actually quite solid and now that the local crazy drunk isn’t an issue, things roll pretty swell. They won’t respond to tags if they’re a “maybe” and we’re all good about being flexible for meet times. I’m grateful for it cause it makes playing funner and I generally never have to worry about not getting a shot at legendaries.

Got my 7th Ex Raid pass too today, for next Thursday. Maybe I can finally get a good Mewtwo.

 

Waking up, throwing a lucky egg, and watching 20,000 XP roll in from overnight friends is my new favorite thing. I just went up over 100,000 and I just had to open a few eggs and watch my screen for the others. I can’t wait until ultra and best levels start. I’m almost halfway to 40 now, and I will definitely hit it in a few weeks at this rate.

I also got an EX pass this wave that I will finally be able to make. I’ve gotten like 8 and only have 2 to show for it.

 

I don't hit a lot of spots during the work week, so I hatch eggs and forget. I end up with all fucking Alolan eggs. I don't need any more. blehhh.

 

Early reports are that the game is beautiful and the features of riding the Pokemon and such are great, but the change of the wild Pokemon system gets really frustrating with trying to maneuver around them and the fact you no longer battle wild Pokemon. It seems like a half step in the right direction.

 

Farfetch'd, Mr. Mime, and Kangaskhan are all on the map.

 

I like how Mew is hidden in the clouds to the left of Mt. Moon.

 

I don't have a switch, so I just need to know if there is actually a Pokemon exclusive in Go that I can't get unless I have this game. In which case I'll be super annoyed.

 

There is supposed to be ONE new Pokemon not available in the main games yet.

 

Yeah, I'm not ok with that. If it's just an early release like how Go Fest gets things first and then out rolls out, cool. But cross-platform P2W is gross.

 

I don't think it tranfers from Let's Go to Go.

 

Finally got a Lunatone

 

I was in New York last week and we were out at like... midnight or one and a Lunatone popped up on our radar, my friend and I immediately grabbed our girlfriend's phones and sprinted like half a mile to get it. We all caught it. #WorthIt

 

Now that I was able to finally get back into my Pokémon go account, it makes me sad realizing I have like 6 friends total who play the game! If anyone would like to be my friend feel free to add my friend code!
