Feels like it's been a month for Regice lol

 

I’ve just had absolutely no desire to go out and raid for Regice. I have 3 and that’s enough for me.

 

But...stat training exists in the mainline games and no one seems to bat an eye...

I'm just saying it should at least be there because it already is there to some degree and it doesn't have to be like something you necessarily need to engage with. Kids can just ignore it. It should just be a separate stat page or something.

 

I have one and that's too many for me.

 

Pokemon GO has made a staggering $1.8 billion in two years

 

That's not even taking into account the money Niantic are making off licensing/advertising, which judging from the number of pubs that appeared as PokeStops a couple of months ago is quite substantial.

I'd be interested to know how that money has spread out over Go's lifecycle. I honestly doubt that many of the people who played it during the viral phase spent all that much money on the game.

In other news, I'm going to be moving house because lol fuck the rental market. I hope my local Gyms don't die. I do notice that when all the students go home it tends to become a lot less busy. But I've checked and my new place has two gyms and a few PokeStops nearby so I'm going to be fine :D

 

I've been trying to find a new place to move to for years but can't settle on a place.

Chicago Go Fest is this weekend and we know that they will have the ability to quest for Celebi, and you gotta assume there will be more surprises, but I would expect that the rest of us start to get the roll out next week!

 

If these are all coming (especially Spinda), they need to ACTUALLY increase the storage limit before or it will be ugly.

That gym in Gold/Silver with the Miltank was my worst nightmare back in the days. That damn cow could wipe out so many of your Pokemon with Rollout.

 

Just had to report this asshat for taking over all the gyms just to show people his idiotic name.

Also, I’m super excited for some new special research.

 

There's a guy in one of our facebook groups that is just so annoying. He always posts and comments the dumbest things. A guy posted his newly acquired Mew and some people commented that they were still stuck at the ghosts. Then that annoying guy comes in and says "I don't want to brag or laugh at anyone, but I got mine after 13 days". Like, yeah, why the hell did you feel the need to say that if it's not to brag about it. It's like saying "I'm not racist but...", it won't make what you say not racist. He made a montage picture of each of his 35 alolan egg hatches, like anybody cared to see that he gets the same damn Pokemon as everybody else. He also posted a list of the alolan Pokemon that don't work in Pokegenie, and he argued when I told him they worked even though I posted a screenshot. Then he said the update was only just released, even though it has worked for the last two weeks.

Sorry, I needed a place to vent about how annoying he is lol

 

I’m playing through Silver right now on my 2DS virtual consol and I had to hunt down a Nidoran and grind it up for an hour to evolve it to a Nidorino just to deal with that goddam Miltank. I threw a X Attack on Nidorino during the beginning of the battle and I was able to KO Miltank after two Double Kicks. I was so grateful it never used Milk Drink.

 

That guy sounds worse than me. That's impressive.
