Highly productive morning around town. Met some new friends on Team Instinct, took down some gyms, walked off a few eggs, defended a gym successfully, and got the pokedex updated a couple times. Now for actual work.

I caught one Sandshrew weeks ago, then hatched 3. But I've also hatched about 300 caterpies and pidgeys so yea.

 

my first of the 4 10ks hatched last night and was an Aerodactyl. Prolly the one I wanted most so I'm happy. other three at all above 7k so i'm almost there.

 

I hit level 21 last night, and the CP levels will continue to increase drastically as you level up.

I have wanted a Poliwrath forever now.

I only have a CP543 Poliwhirl & 24/100 candies needed to evolve. I never see Poliwags either.

Hit level 21 last night with 79/81. Can't believe how high the xp requirement is now.

I think my poliwhirl was only maybe a little stronger than that when I evolved it, I leveled it up with my remaining candies. It's a monster for battles

 

IRL I typically just say "level" instead of "CP"

 

I think I still don't totally get how gyms work. Like how do you end up with coins? I have a gym next door to my office so I can get my Pokemon in there pretty often, but I feel like I'm not getting that much out of it.

 

I just got to level 20 and only have one 1000+ Pokemon still

 

Both of my 1000+ pokes are Flareons. lol

 

Just was driving along the beach after eating lunch at work and caught a Haunter then his lesser mate, Ghastly. So sick.

I decided to pull over and check before I got home, found a wild Snorlax CP1283. One rasberry and one great ball is all it took.

 

What the hell, haha. I haven't caught anything wild over 500CP

I'm also out of balls. Frickin rain yesterday ruined Central Park for me. I'll post pics when I leave work. It's insane.

I caught seven Magnamite and four Voltorb in about ten minutes coming out of Penn Station.

 

I started using pokevison yesterday, my friend and I saw a blastoise a few blocks away so we sprinted to the car and drove to where it was and got there just in time... and my game crashed for the first time in like 3 days :( I did hatch a pikachu though so i guess the day wasn't a total waste
