I actually have a 100% Wailord boosted all the way up. He’s fun to throw into gyms.

 

Yeah, I’ve found so many IV’s now (because I check the rating on everything that is either “strong” or “simply amazes”) and I’ve gotten pretty good at knowing what the IV is before I even throw it into genie. I need to prioritize my time better lol

 

I didn't realise there was a 5 gift limit before I went to London at the weekend, so all of my gifts are from the five PokeStops around my house, haha

 

Yeah there are a ton where I know what perfect is so I can tell when I hatch it or catch it what it must be. Lol.

 

Does the location of the gift matter?

 

I don't believe so, but some of my friends in the slack group said they could see the longest distance they've received a gift from and Idk how they're doing that haha.

 

It matters for the distance medal. If I get an egg from England and trade it to someone here that's a huge amount for very little work.

 

Just release Gen 4 now, I'm ready with my 500 balls and 239 Pinaps.

 

I think in the medal section it tells you the total. I don't have service in my lab so I can't say for sure.

 

Oh, so you're saying the location of where the pokemon itself was found/hatched is what counts on the trading distance. Gotcha.

This new system creates an interesting problem: spend coins on item storage, or spend coins on incubators to make room for 7km eggs

That’s absolutely devastating. You weren’t speedlocked or something were you? I couldn’t imagine one of those running. I ultra and razzed/golden razzed both of mine and the first still took two tries. I almost had a heart attack.
