This stupid curve glitch when throwing pokeballs is so fucking annoying. I'll move my finger the exact same way every time and it randomly curves way right. Makes me waste so many Pokeballs.

 

touch wood, but the curve glitch hasn't happened to me in a couple of days. My biggest issue was that I found it literally impossible to catch lower-level pokemon. CP10 Weedles/Rattatta's were busting out of every pokeball i threw. No way was I wasting any razz berries on them so I'd just have to run away if they bust out of more than 5 in a row!!!

 

I don't get how people are getting good things out of egg... My only 10k egg hatched an Eevee that was weaker than the ones I caught. I got a Pikachu, two Rhydons, and two Vulpixes so those were good. But otherwise, I've gotten two Pidgey's, a Zubat and a Caterpie out of the other 5k eggs. Feels like a giant waste of time.

Edit: Oh yes, and I've had the major Pokeball failure happen the last two days with the very minor Pokemon. Had a 100CP Bulbasaur and a 25CP Pidgey bust out of multiple balls today and then both ran away. So ridiculous.

If you can't tell, this game makes me bitter.

 

Once you hit Level 20 you start receiving many more 10km eggs. It's really all luck. I got a Porygon yesterday and about lost my mind.

 

I'm about to hatch 4 10k eggs. I'm too hype.

 

I've probably had close to 15 Caterpie break out and flee on me. I just want a damn butterfree already.

 

Haven't played this game in like a week now. There's just nothing really nearby and I was getting tired of having to drive someplace every time I want to play.

I hatched a Ponyta today. V chill. My first good hatch in a minute.

 

I have now hatched 3 Growlithes and still don't have enough candy to evolve.

 

Dropped a lucky egg on my lunch break today, evolved to get Nidorino, Vileplume, Cloyster and Flareon for the first time, caught Magnemite and Vulpix for the first time, caught three Squirtles and moved up two levels.

 

28 evolutions ready to go when I pop my lucky egg. Waiting for more.

 

Today, I leveled up to a high 19. I'll probably hit 20 in the AM (I've got 6 eggs about to hatch and I'll make sure to have a lucky one running when they do)!

Also powered-up a few of my Pokemon so I could get more work done in gyms. Took over 2 (but they didn't last long). My wife was hella smart and claimed two gyms deep on a trail at a park. They aren't accessable at night. Even if someone was to try and sneak in, they'd have to somehow get across a canal... they raise the bridge in the park at night for boats. So once 8PM rolled around and her 'mon were still in the gym, she knew she'd hold it for the rest of the night.

I fought my first gym battle today & won!!! Had no fucking idea what I was doing so my beast of a Gengar just scratched the one opponent I had until I won lol.

 

Flying home to Jersey today for the week from South Florida and i'm pumped to see a different landscape for this game. PUMPED.

 

Finally got hatched something good from an egg, a Porygon! I've hatched about 70+ eggs and this is the only decent pokemon thus far. Hatching a 10K later today.

 

I'm still trying to catch up from not getting the app right away, I got like 30 evolutions ready to go as soon as I get one more horsea and one more eevee.

Really just want a Vulpix.

 

Does anyone use the VR anymore? I haven't in like two weeks.

 

I don't. It drains the battery faster and personally, I think it's easier to concentrate on throwing when your background isn't moving with you.

I have to get a pokemon in this Mystic gym deep in a graveyard near where I live. I feel like the same people have held it for a week and I need to get in on this coinage.

 

I use it, just cause it's part of the fun for me. I don't care if it makes it harder, haha.

 

I turn it on for photo opps and then turn it off before starting to throw balls.

 

I tried to get a Vulpix this morning but it ran away and I was furious.

 

Caught CP 940 Scyther on my drive home from work yesterday. Wasted about 10 great balls due to the weird curve issue, but it was worth it...except for the fact that his attack is 3.
