I spent like an hour and a half at the Pokecircle and it was crazy just to see how many people were actively talking to each other. Every mini group was just sharing new info and spawn camps. I made a few new friends that are down for PokeGo adventures.

I also finally hatched my first 10KM egg and it was a Kabuto.

I also had a level 28 help me out and give me a lot of great tips and some bad ones(drive through cemetery because Pokestops galore).

 

I live in a small city and the cemetery is 1/2 mile from my house. I drove through it today (just idleing at 5MPH). There were 3 stops, a Ghastly (which I rarely see elsewhere) and one lap got me 1.5k closer to my eggs. I wouldn't hang out there like I may other hot-spots/stops but, I'll idle through once if there isn't any service going on.

It's all about being respectful. I'd never consider going there after hours, on foot, during ANY sort of service and def not loiter... one lap and be gone.

I'm sure larger cemeteries have A LOT to do though. I passed the largest one in Norfolk, VA on my way to Busch Garden's yesterday. My wife said that her map was showing TONS of stops/gyms and poke-activity in the cemetery. I may stop by there sometime, but I also have lots of family buried there so, I wouldn't feel bad hitting stops as long as I actually visit some family plots.

 

Just caught a wild Gengar coming out of work!!! So happy right now - it was only 650cp but I used about 20 candies & 20k stardust to put him at 1025cp, my best pokemon so far!!!

 

Gengar! That's one I definitely need!

 

I am still so consistently annoyed with my 5km eggs. Last two that hatched were Goldeen and Magnemite (again). Ugh.

 

I've got a 10k egg incubating. I'm really hoping for a Snorlax.

 

Biked 16 miles yesterday and not an inch registered on the app. Was going between 10-13 mph so I am not sure why it didnt register. Oh well.

 

Pretty awesome. I've caught quite a few ghastly's and one weak, wild Haunter (which i've now replaced with an evolved one) but I still don't have him. YET.

 

apparently it pings your location every 60 seconds and calculates the distance traveled. if you've made too many turns or gone over something like 60 meters then it won't count the distance.

 

Lame as heck, I need justice for cyclists.

 

Seriously. It should recognize you are on a bike and change the in game animation and play that song from the game boy... You know the one I mean. Doo doo doo do do doo do do do do do do doo doo doo do.

 

I ride around in my car some times anywhere from 10-20mph with my girlfiend having both our apps open and it registers the distance for me

 

idk, i stopped using it on my runs cause it never registers correctly.

 

A Dragonite just spawned a block away, praise be to Pokevision, I lost my mind when I caught it. Only 246 CP, which seems ridiculous since I'm level 21, but I will still love and cherish him. This puts me at 98 caught, 99 seen.

 

I take my PokéPuns very seriously.

I just hatched that last night and I'm struggling to come up with a clever nickname.

Okay, time to crowdsource a nickname, people!

 

Well shit, that's infinitely better.

 

Friend of mine said he looks like a cockroach with horns. Do what you will with that.
