I still need to do a Latios raid.

 

There are some pretty good youtube tutorials out there.

 

Just looking up the remaining special research once I catch enough Ghosts.

I currently have 17 Magikarp candy.

Fuck.

I feel like the ghosts will be a pain for me. I went around the city tonight and didn't catch a single one. I even went to a park that is supposedly a Duskull nest and nothing.

 

I get gastlys pretty frequently so thatll be ok for me, im just worried about ditto lol

 

They raised the Ditto spawns so it's not that bad.

 

I never see treecko or mudkip so I’m stuck there

 

That's not in the quests for Mew. That's a Field Research quest that you find by spinning a Pokestop. You can delete those with the little trash icon if it's too difficult.

Mew is the Special Research.

 

I have at least three fully evolved versions of each of the three fire starters, yet I hardly see any of the water starters. It's so strange how this game works. I'd kill for some Mudkips, or even a Swampert raid boss.

Got my Salamence. Beyond excited.

 

Caught a 94% IV Bagon yesterday. Of course it had 77cp

 

Got Latios on my first try. Didn't have any difficulty hitting it.

 

I'm convinced that Latios is my bogie raid boss. I'm 0/4 thus far. I took another shot at it this morning, hit about 10 great/excellent curveballs after using golden razz, but still nothing. It's been frustrating.

On the bright side, I have my second Mewtwo raid in about 40 minutes, so I'm lucky in that way.

 

At the end of the official newsletter sent today, it says that a special celebration in honor of the Kanto region will start on April 10th. I'm guessing we might get all Gen 1 regionals available everywhere for some time.

Caught one on the first try at 2000 and change and another in two at 2300 and change and got like giddy. I’m sure their IVs suck.

 

I will never catch a Latios. 0/5. Whatever I'm doing I'm doing it poorly.

 

I caught my first Latios yesterday. Second time raiding for it. Nanab + excellent curve ball (which didn't happen purposely)

Got my Swampert this morning. 98% IV woo. I’m at 325/335.
