It finally happened!!!

 

Haha that is amazing. I can't not believe how long it took to get a Hitmonchan! Was that the first Tyrogue you hatched or had you already evolved ones into things besides Hitmonlee?

 

It was my fifth Tyrogue. Fifth. Utter pain. First one I hatched since the Fall of 2017.

 

FINALLY GOT THAT DITTO

 

For those having trouble with ghosts, just incase you didn’t know, the Make 3 Great Throws task gives you a Gastly.

I know this is a very bratty thing to say, but I'm a little annoyed at how low the CP is on Pokemon that are received as rewards for the research. Especially the day 7 reward.

 

i may just have a Mew tonight

 

Got my 96% Mew yesterday. Boosted it too. Unfortunately it can learn about 40 different moves, so getting a good moveset may prove more difficult than the research quest.

 

Just as I was complaining that ditto was gonna he hard caught one. Yay! Just gotta catch 8 more ghost types to move onto tier 6

 

JUST got to tier 6, two of the tasks were immediately done and now I have to do 10 raids

 

I'm at tier 5 and that Ditto is gonna be a pain to get.

 

Honestly, I thought the same thing. I was on tier 5 for about a day when I got a ditto. They have definitely upped the chances of running into one.

 

I hope so because I only found 5 Ditto ever and it was in the first 2 weeks it was available. Ghosts aren't too bad, they just don't spawn that often.

 

I think the "mystery box" at the end of the field research quests will be how they bring back legendaries temporarily rather than making them raid bosses again. would be cool if maybe next month the 7 day prize was one of the dogs that I missed. gonna hit my 7 day stamp today and expect a Moltres to appear.

 

I just want to get Ho-Oh as one of the 7 day rewards. That's the only legendary, other than Mew, that I haven't acquired yet.

 

got my Mew! only 82% but i'm still gonna power him up and get him a good moveset

 

I was unsuccessful at all attempts for Ho-Oh and Suicune, and didn't even bother for Kyogre and Rayquazza because it was too damn cold out to stand outside and raid at the gyms near my apartment when they were available lol

 

I've almost got my Mewtwo completely powered up. He's really been a beast when I solo Gengar raids.

 

I hope mewtwo becomes available in a way other than an EXraid. I have done raids at so many starbucks and sprints and never gotten a raid pass. I don't think it's by any means "random", but at this point it's just straight up annoying that I still haven't gotten one lol

 

Just told my friend that it could be a long time until I catch a Ditto. Caught one 30 seconds after.

 

I'm so ready to finish out these quests for Mew. I'm really hoping to have him by the end of the weekend. Just need 142 more magikarp candy :/ (fortunately I live in Florida and they are everywhere).

 

I'm on the last quest right now, just using 50 berries and a excellent curve..... should get my Mew today if everything goes well!!
