Anybody know why Delibird gives 250 dust each time, and 850 if it’s your first catch of the day? Do any other mons do this?

And I still have no Hitmonlee.

I caught 4 in Bryant park NYC in a matter of 10 minutes last week. I’m sorry for your despair.

 

I did not know this, but I will go back to catching all of them for the time being haha.

 

On vacation in Elyria Ohio lol... found a Lapras finally, but it's a 32 cp. Wtf.

 

Last night walking home from the bar me and my friend found a wild Lapras in the middle of nowhere.

 

I caught three shiny Magikarps over the course of three days. I have a lot of friends that haven't caught one yet. I didn't know they're that rare.

 

Yeah pretty rare. I haven't had a shiny anything yet.

 

For the first time since the weather update, it’s windy here. Would be so dope to find a Dragonite or something. Of course, the reality of it is pidgeys and those spring things.

 

Never see any Dragon types when I get the windy weather forecast. Plenty of Fairy types though.

 

I caught two Dratini’s today when it was windy. That was nice

Edit: Also just hit 36. Only 2,000,000 XP until I get to 37.

 

So, Wailmer takes 400 candies to evolve much like Magikarp, but hatching them out of 2k's only give you 5 candies per hatch. That's less than a Pinapp berry gives you...

 

At least it's only a 1km walk when you put it as buddy.

 

True, except in Upstate NY we've had and are scheduled for more negative degree weather. I won't even walk for food in this freezer of a state currently, let alone Wailmer.

I also hatched my first Feebas, and not only does it take 100 candies for its one evolution, you also have to walk it 20k.

 

Wailord is so worthless too.

 

I work on. The water down here in Florida and have been catching that guy like crazy over the past few days.

 

I understand that, it's been -30°C in here for like two weeks.

Also, the first time I saw Roselia in the wild, I made a play off its name and sing it as if its the name in AFI's single Aurelia. So every time one pops up I sing Roselia in my head to the harmony Davey Havok sings "Aurelia". It's beyond annoying.

 

The Christmas event ended today and now I see a lot more Gen 1 and Gen 2 Pokemon than the last two weeks.

 

It's really sad not seeing Gen 3 everywhere anymor

 

In happier news, Zangoose and Seviper seemed to have switched regions

 

I think Zangoose is still in NYC too. Just saw a bunch of Sevipers though.

 

I hope they release Metagross (and its pre-evolutions) soon while we still have a good amount of snowy days left to boost the Steel spawns.

 

Got my 3rd 100% IV Pokémon today.
