I can imagine a holiday event with all the legendaries back for a week together or some shit

 

Yeah like they did with the birds in August. Although the birds bonus week was probably due to a lot of complaints about it being too short in the beginning.

 

November just flew by and I never got a chance to get out and really raid. The one opportunity I had to raid for him, everyone flaked out last minute and we didn't have enough. I know it'll be back eventually, just kinda sucks that this will be the first one I didn't get on the first chance to get him. I'm just being a baby.

 

I think the holiday surprise is celebi.

 

And it will be in EX Raids :/ Also we'll probably get Delibird.

 

It’s being said in the discord app page I’m in that Celebi is seen in the coding, as well as a shiny Ho-Oh. I’d say it’s likely Celebi and a bonus for stardust and candy is our Christmas surprise, if any.

 

I mean Delibird is kinda the Santa Claus of Pokemon, so it would make sense to get it near Christmas.

 

Then we get to open it's sack and Celebi pops out

Mewtwo > Mew > Mr Mime > Celebi > Smeargle > Delibird

 

Somehow the Pokémon gods gave me a perfectly lined up Suicine raid on the way home from work with enough people and I caught him on the first throw. That is insane considering the amount of bad luck I have with this game

 

Is Farfetch’d still around? Never saw one

I was thinking that the in-game map looked different the last couple of days. Turns out they are now using OpenStreetMaps instead of Google Maps.

 

Ho-Oh is basically useless. It has the highest max CP after Mewtwo, but it doesn't have a Fast Attack of it's type so he doesn't get a Same Type Attack Bonus and its Charge Attacks are Brave Bird, Fire Blast (which isn't even the best Fire attack) or Solar Beam which isn't of its type. He is good to take damage, but unlike other Defense Pokemon like Snorlax and Blissey, you can't put it in a gym to defend.

 

Got my Ho-Oh on the second try. Time to relax until the next one or if I ever get a Mewtwo pass

 

I caught 2 Ho-Ohs in 4 raids. The first one is 91% IV and 2nd one is only 80% :/

Damn the first one I saw was 2204 but I didn't catch it :/ There's a guy in my city that got two 100% this morning.

I’ve got 43 legendaries.

 

Damn that's a lot! I have 3 Zapdos, 3 Raikou, 2 Entei, 2 Ho-Oh and one of each of the others (except Mewtwo). I thought I had two Moltres, but I only have one.

 

I failed the one legendary raid I’ve been able to find a group for. Fun times.

 

The same group of 10-15 people we have locally use the legendaries to gain xp so we don’t have to spend as much time catching pidgeys. Just hit level 35 today.
