Finally caught that Totodile for 198/209. Boy does it look like an antsy crack addict.

 

Spun my 7-day today and no evolution item came out in a bubble (nor the list on the side that comes up when you exit out of the pokestop screen), I was livid! Checked my inventory - BAM! Metal Coat. Got my Steelix so now never have to bother with evolution items ever again! 218/218.

Edit: SHIT!!! I forgot about Sunflora God damn what a piece of shit pokemon...

 

Hellyeah - Girafarig and Hitmontop added to the dex this lunchtime, 220/220 now. I found out I'd hatched the Girafarig before it had even hatched, when looking at my journal?!

Also, Porygon is definitely in 10km eggs now as I've just hatched one.

 

Over the past two days, hatched a Pineco to put me at enough candies for a Forretress, which is a new entry, hatched a Tyrogue, new entry, and evolved Tyrogue to Hitmontop, new entry.

So, three new entries to put my dex at 222/229, around 400,000 in XP to put me about 300,000 away from level 33, still have five 2k eggs incubating and one 5k incubating all gathered during the event, was able to take advantage of the lucky eggs being on sale and have 10 to help me get XP, and hatched 3 Dratini from eggs to give me enough candy to be halfway to a 95% IV Dragonite. I'd say it was a pretty successful event. I hope they do more events like this one.

 

Gen 2 seems to be taking longer. Which I'm cool with. Felt like I came to a standstill too soon last summer.

 

These are my Gen. 2's (plus random Dragonites) that I've bothered to keep. Also ditched loads of trash like Snubbull/Granbull and the commons so they aren't all there.

 

Tried to redownload this the other day but any time I try loading it up it crashes in a second, literally not even joking about this. Anyone know any problems I may be having? My iOS isn't up to date but it said iOS 8 or above should be good and I'm on iOS 9 so that shouldn't be it.

 

My brother caught and Unown and I gave him my sign in to catch it for me but it despawned

 

Hatched a 93% IV Mareep and a 98% IV Cindaquil on my lunch today - evolved the Cindaquil so now have Quilava for 221/221, should I evolve the Marrep too even though I "only" have 48 candies?

 

That's the strongest Sudowoodo I've seen yet.

I evolve right away and then if I come across stronger of the same Pokémon I don't miss. The whole waiting until you find the strongest is too bleak for me. Pokedex completion is my no. 1 priority haha.

Did you catch Qwilfish or Sneasel yet?

 

Completing the pokedex is my goal also so maybe I will evolve it soon. And yeah, I've caught Qwilfish and Sneasel but I guess I must've canned them if they aren't in my list.

 

Evolving to stage 3 is still going to take the same amount of time whether you go to stage 2 early or not so you might as well wait for a better one or better yet you might catch a wild stage 2 and save yourself the candies. Long story short, never evolve to stage 2 until you can go all the way.

That's what I always do... You might as well wait until you hit 100 candies because you might find something better in the mean time. Usually by the time I make it that far, I don't care anymore. haha.

 

Holy jumpin' I'm hatching Miltanks out the ying yang this week.

 

Caught this right outside my apt. Different from the typical rats and owls. Hydro pump is 130.

 

Hatched a grimer. Feeling #blessed

 

It's been like a month that I've been walking my Grimer and I just barely got to 30 candies

 

haha same. Up to 45 now

 

Is it bad that I wish I hatched a Pineco or a Gligar instead of a Snorlax?

 

Just got to 222 caught 224 seen. Sydney has been a gold mine for me this past week.
