So is 20 normal candy or extra candy from a 10k?

That sounds right. My 10km was Chansey and I got 17 candies like the other times I've hatched it

 

I've gotten Smoochum, Grimer, Elekid, Pichu, and Abra from 2Ks from the event. A friend gifted me an iTunes gift card so i got to blow through all nine eggs I had to get the event ones.

 

I thought it said "Bite Ice Cream". Had me real confused.

 

I evolved a Bite/Ice Beam Blastoise today, too. It's CP and IV's are higher than my Bite/Water Pump one, though.

 

Went on a trek to get rid of my 10k. Was a miltank which is cool. Also stumbled on a girafferig cluster spawn. It was like I was at the zoo. That's two new entries for me.

 

My first "rare" 2k egg hatched a Bulbasaur. He'll go great with 137 others I've hatched/caught...

 

Duuuuude I've been walking my Bulbasaur for years desperately for candies.

I also literally just ran to another province chasing a dragonaire silhouette and it was gone when I got there. What a sad moment in my life.

 

Last five 10k's have been trash:

Pineco

Not excited getting 10k's anymore. Game's getting so stale. I hatched a Tyrogue from a 5k though which was really cool.

 

I guess I shouldn't mention the 21 Ivysaur or 4 Venusaur I've caught/evolved then. The grass starters are really common near me. I've already caught 87 Chikorita (seen 101).

 

My complaining has pain off. Walked about 4 Bulbasuar candies today and then my most recent 2km was another bulbasaur giving me enough. Evolved to Venusaur and completed my personal goal for this game

Dratini is now my buddy. In 3 years I should have a Dragonite!!

 

Haha join the club! I've only seen/caught 8 Dratini since the game came out (luckily one was hatched during a double candy event). Almost unbelievable that I saw Dragonites in gyms around here within a couple weeks of the game coming out.

80km walked with him so far and I still have 30 candies left. Ugh.

 

Still only picking up 5Ks but I did hatch a Tyrogue...will that evolve into Hitmonlee? I only have a Hitmonchan and have never even seen Hitmonlee

 

If you do an appraisal and it's best stat is ATTACK, it will evolve into Hitmonlee!

 

It's best stat is DEFENSE, so fuck me! Haha

 

That would evolve into Hitmonchan (and HP gets you Hitmontop), so keep the candies!!!

 

Got a Girafig, Togepi, Cleffa, Chikorita, 2 Charmanders, a Bulbasaur, and only one weedle for my first batch of two k's. I'm happy.

 

...my wife's tyrogue had attack as best, was a Wonder, and evolved into Chan.

 

I hatched the shittiest assortment today. But it's also fun to have no idea wtf could pop out.

Also which one of you works for Niantic cause a Swinub broke out of a great ball with excellent throw and a razzberry and ran on me.

 

First 2km I hatch in this event = Aerodactyl. Also hatched a Lapras today. I urge anyone who wants to hatch rares to walk as many 2km eggs as you can these next few days!!!

Also got my Togetic now - needed to walk 78km total to reach 50 candies; got to 77.9 and hatched a Togepi with double candy, making about 15-20km of that distance I walked unnecessary
