Finally got my Scizor but man, 1450 Scyther should've gotten me more than 1750 Scizor

 

Hell yeah, caught my first Houndour (pretty rare around here) for 214/214.

I've noticed an uptick in rare spawns over the past couple of days.

Also, I was pretty stoked when I evolved my Teddiursa into a Ursaring with 85% IV's with Counter and Hyper Beam as it's move set.

 

I finally caught a Sunkern!!! Take that Niantic!!

 

Is that a regional thing? I see them all the time, I actually pass them up now that I've evolved it. Dex says seen/caught 20/20

 

I think they are actually pretty common and I just have shit luck.

 

Nah they're uncommon for me too - not got enough to evolve thats for sure.

 

I started sweeping them up right when Gen 2 dropped. I probably evolved it after a week when I got my first evolution item. Since then, I basically have only seen a handful.

Although, I noticed that with a lot of things. It seems like I was catching a lot of things when it first came out and now I literally only see spiders and ferrets.

 

Be thankful you aren't up to your neck in fucking Swinubs like me, I HATE them!!!

 

I've yet to see a single Swinub.

 

How does it make you feel that the park next to my office (2 minute walk) is a Swinub nest right now. There's currently 3 on my radar.

 

I live in the country so if stuff like this phased me I'd have deleted the app months ago.

 

I have legitimately had 7 swinubs on my screen at the same time.

 

I don't think I've ever even seen one. What kind of dump do you guys live in?

I'm surprised I don't see more sunkern, only grass Pokémon that doesn't show up pretty regularly other than bulbusaur/chikotita. Got a sun stone waiting for it

 

Swinub are so awful and the only pokemon I've ever used a nanab berry on because they scurry around in circles every 0.5 seconds. Will never bother to catch one ever again...

 

Just hatched my first ever Dratini. Quadrupled my amount of candies in the process. Still so far away though.

 

Anyone seen any confirmation that a week-long Easter event starts tomorrow with double XP and increased rare hatches?

 

Nothing confirmed yet, just unverified rumors

 

I just incubated another 10k and doubt I'll have time to hatch it this weekend so I hope not...

 

I am only 100,000xp from level 31 so double XP would be prEtty cool.
