Strongest from finding in the wild is 843 Jynx, which is coincidentally my fourth strongest right now

Putting in Eevee is interesting. From the way that they typed it out, it looks like if you had three Eevees of the same CP, then it would go Vaporeon > Flareon > Jolteon in terms of post-evolution CP. I had assumed it would all be the same

 

75 pokemon and counting. Having a hard time finding the three starters. Still haven't seen bulbasaur

 

I had a 10km egg so I went on a 10km walk today. On that walk I found a Hitmonlee and I was stoked because I didn't have it yet, later my egg hatches and of course it's another Hitmonlee not even 30 minutes after I found one in the wild.

Just hatched a 5 km egg into a fucking oddish.

 

I've been concentrating on my 2km eggs in hopes of getting a starter but I keep getting god damn Zubats

 

Noticed a Porygon silhouette, tried really hard to drive around and find it. Has that ever worked for anyone? Never.

Also, while I was at a 7-11, I watched a gym at the park next to it keep switching from Blue to Yellow with stupidly low Pokémon, like a 125 Onix. A group of teenagers were sitting around. So I waited for just the right moment for the gym to be empty and swooped in with my CP1150 Flareon. Suckas!

 

I got my first 2 km egg today. I've only gotten 5 and 10s before today. I don't understand it.

 

I'm level 18 and have never gotten a 10 km egg. I rarely get 5 either, I currently have one incubated 5 and 8 2's...

I love this game and how different it is for everybody. I've had 3 10km eggs, of which i've hatched one so far and it was a Psyduck . In general, I seem to make my best catches while on the bus! (CP400+ Electobuzz yesterday, CP600+ Wigglytuff today! Not to mention 4 more pokemon that I hadn't seen yet).

The one thing I don't get is the 'nearby' list. I walked EVERYWHERE trying to find a Slowpoke that was showing up this morning - it never went off 3 footprints, and I'd walk a certain distance in one direction, then the 'nearby' list would change so I'd go back to a central point & go another direction & repeat - nothing!

 

My footprints haven't been working for almost a week, everything has been three steps away

 

Yeah the nearby glitch is still as prevalent as always. What's frustrating is they've barely addressed it.

I circled a Jewel in search of a Snorlax that was goddamn impossible to hunt down.

 

1.9 away from hatching my third 10k egg. First two were a Kabuto and a Ponyta. I've had quite a few 5k eggs hatch, some basics like weedle's but also some nice ones like Psyduck (before he started showing up in the wild for me), and Hypno. I'm hopeful for something I don't have this round. Also, if your 10k eggs haven't shown up yet it could be because you have 9 eggs and haven't hatched any. New eggs don't show up unless you have a free spot. I always keep my incubators going.

 

Dude, I'm telling you, if its a relatively high CP...400+...nurture it, evolve it, and put it up against some water Pokémon of similar CP levels. Provided it has two grass-type moves, you will not be disappointed.

Grass type Pokémon get the shaft in the early stages of the game, but their time will come.

 

Pokemon Go night at my local barcade tonight, playing old eps on the projector and having pokemon drink/food specials. its going to be PACKED

 

There's a bar downtown that has two Pokestops inside and they created a special drink menu:



I've heard really good things about the Squirtle and the Pikachu.

 

crappy egg hatches like weedle seem bad, but you generally get enough candy to evolve one or two, which gets you good xp

 

That seems like the most frustrating thing for me. It sucks if it says everything is still three steps away, but the "nearby" list doesn't seem to even give me a list of Pokemon that are actually nearby. It will say that a Squirtle, an Abra, and a Psyduck are nearby, but the only ones that pop up will be a Bulbasaur or Pidgey (in other words, anything other than what's on the list). So yeah, I've never spent time chasing anything.

 

fucking hell, I'd do anything to get a Bulbasaur to pop up for me - haven't even seen as much as a silhouette of one so far!

 

I saw a sandshrew earlier but couldn't find him
