Drove to the Omanyte spot just now, saw two on my radar and they were gone right as I walked up. Then a Charizard spawned in their place and my app froze. What the hell?

 

I only saw 1 starter today and I was playing for 2 hours downtown, which is the only place around here to find anything decent.

 

Seriously, did the starter event end too? It's been two days and I've only seen 1 now

 

Pretty sure it ends Sunday. I've seen a bunch today.

 

No they're still very much around.

 

still no babies for me, haha. ah well

 

HOLY SHIT - was just on my way home all pissed off thinking that the starter even had ended as I hadn't seen any for 24hrs then BOOM, wild Charizard out of nowhere! 1645cp with wing attack + fire blast at 9 + 100 respectively (which I feel is a good moveset?). Cannot believe it; 143/143 now with only Aerodactyl and Chansey to go for the original pokedex. SO AMPED RIGHT NOW!!!

 

At 143 myself....but including babies. Only originals I need are those 2, Porygon and Hitmonlee.

 

I'm at 124... way behind some of you lol. I need:

Magikarp is my buddy now... still not sure who to put in when I get Gyarados. Was leaning Abra but maybe Grimer or Kabuto makes more sense

 

I got both a Porygon and a Hitmonlee the other day!!! Not to rub it in or anything lol.

I don't know what to do now because there is no need for me to even use the buddy system anymore, unless by chance I hatch a Togepi and walk that to evolution. Just gonna be waiting on 10k's, which are few and far between, or wild catches of two of the rarest fucking things in the game!

 

Yep, that's the only walking buddy I have left right now. Only 9 candies to go until Togetic. Only other babies I need are Elekid and Magby. Got a 10k incubating right now and it's almost about to hatch. Totally expecting something I have already though.

Also it's crazy that we both needed the same 4...wow.

Ahh, I got Hitmonlee in my first ever 10k and got Porygon a while ago so not quite! It comes as no surprise that we both need Aerodactyl and Chansey though! I need 4 of the babies too but they're bonuses atm as far as I'm concerned!

 

At 133 including the 4 babies. I'm also holding on to some evolutions. All I really need is:

Venusaur, charizard, Blastoise

Then

Clefable, Dewgong, Gyrados, Muk, Dragonite.
And Lapras

I might not make it to the first 3 even with the event and I've never seen more than one of the base Pokémon for the latter, except Dratini

 

Still need a shit ton of 10k guys. I got to the Omanyte nest just now, caught one and had one run away. Hurts like hell. Haha.

Edit: went back and got another. Awesome.

 

So after this disgrace of a hatching spree, I had four eggs left from this event....Two Spearows and two tentacools. I don't even understand that.

 

After about 20 eggs and nearing the end of my eggs I collected, this is all the baby action I've got. Smoochum and I saw a Magby -_-.

 

I keep getting 10ks. Unless one is a Lapras I don't want it

Seriously, started keeping track of the eggs when the event started. Hatched 13 5k eggs (nothing I needed), hatched two 2ks (two Spearows), and now my queue is already filled with nine 5ks again.

It's such a waste of time. I can't even battle or spend money on incubators because I'll only get 5ks.

 

At 89 with 9 eggs.

 

Right now I have 4 incubators, 3 2ks, 3 5ks, 3 10ks

 

I must've had really good luck with the babies, Smoochum is the only one I don't have yet

 

Hatched my second Lapras out of the last 10k egg I got, so that's probably it for my luck with babies. But.....above all else today...




Now that I have all my favorites, I'm gonna definitely be slowing down my gameplay since the special starters period ends tomorrow. At 130 and I feel content.

 

Annoyed I couldn't walk at all today because of this snowstorm.

 

It messed up my PokeStop streak! At least my gyms are all holding strong. No one is out playing.
