I must be near a Ditto spawn point or something because I've caught 5 so far, including a 489 CP.

 

I tried it today at work! It's meh

 

I liked the flavor of it but there was waaaay too many seeds

 

Holy shit I just caught my first wild Pikachu!!! It was from a lure - he was very tricky to catch! Always front-flipping over my pokeballs lol. I'm level 29 now too, gotta get 350,000 xp to get to level 30

 

TWO WILD PIKACHU IN ONE DAY!!! This one wasn't a lure/incense either - caught it at the same spot I got the Gyarados last week. So many rares/uncommons pop up in that one place - got a Pikachu, Electabuzz, Exeggcute and a Dratini (my 2nd of the day too) there all at once today, all hugely uncommon around here.

 

Abra is seeming to pop up a tad bit more these days, I've noticed.

 

Yeah def a few Abra nests near me now. Only need like 5 or 6 for Alazkazam.

 

Abra seem to be super powerful now too - saw a 799cp one today but I didn't get a 'nice!' or 'great!' hit & it ran after 1 ball

 

I don't think I've ever seen an Abra not run after it breaks out

 

Yeah I'm pretty sure it has a 100% flee rate. It's a throw back to the old games where it would teleport out of battle right away if you didn't catch it or put it to sleep.

 

How the hell is everyone here getting so many damn 10k eggs? I have probably had like 3 overall.

 

Okay I'm really liking the new transfer function

 

They've combined 'Nearby' and 'Sightings'. Makes that much better.

 

I caught 2 this week giving me 4 total.

 

Just got 2 more 10k eggs. That's 6 this week. Have 4 im working on and 2 waiting. Would trade them all for a Ditto or a damn starter

 

Finally got Venusaur, damn those Bulbas are hard to catch!

The following statement is not true

I evolved a Venusaur today

 

There were a lot of Bulba nests near me since this last migration. My white whale is going to be Charmander. Only caught 1 ever in the wild. Never hatched one and had one as my starter.

 

I've walked almost 100k with my charmander. About 25 candies away. Still 100 or so away from Venusaur :(

 

I fiiiiiiiiiinally caught a ditto and have walked this charmander 120 km. Only 3 candies away from charizard and charmeleon (I kept avoiding a charmeleon evolution in the hopes of catching one instead). Other than the regionals, this will leave me with just one Pokemon uncaught in gen 1, chansey. Never even seen one. FUCK YOU CHANSEY.

Saw him this morning. Couldn't get him. Raspberries, Ultras, multiple greats then he ran. Sad.

 

Pokemon Go: Generation 2 launches with several new Pokemon to hatch

Looks like you can only hatch a few new pokemon from eggs as of right now. It doesn't say anything about them being in the wild yet.

 

Some baby Pokemon hatchable and the Christmas event is pikachu wearing a Santa hat. Very underwhelming if that's all.
