I've walked my Pikachu buddy 5km so far - if this was a Pokemon that you needed to walk 5km for id have just one candy instead of 5. I iust don't have the time to do any more walking than that. I just moved, plus my big journeys and are by bus so this feature just isn't having the impact for me that it is for others.

 

This is my problem, as well. I can only do cardio about twice a week with my job/workout schedule, and that is literally the only time I can get out to play this game. Running 300k for a Charizard = no thanks, but I'll leave it on while grocery shopping to grab a Geodude candy for sure. haha.

 

I walk candies for different Pokemon to round down the number of ones I'll need to catch to evolve it.

Ie if you're on 45 Sandshrew Candies walk it to 46 so you'll be ready to evolve after catching one more.

 

Also have two Gyarados and am halfway to my third.

First one was a wild catch tho.

 

i've walked almost one full kilometer!

 

What if the ditto easter egg is that ditto is actually the only pokemon in the game and everything else is just a ditto posing as another pokemon.

I have 2 Aerodactyls from 10K eggs, just hatched another one today... into an Omanyte

 

hatching a 400 cp onyx from a 10k egg should be fucking illegal.

 

did everyone have bad luck with 10k eggs today? cause i just got a stupid hitmonlee

I don't have Aerodactyl, Omanyte, Onix or Hitmonlee, so you guys can all bite me.

 

I got my first Omanyte on Friday. And I don't have Aerodactyl or Hitmonlee either. Give me all of your eggs.

has anyone else noticed more instinct gyms lately or is it just me

 

its literally all mystic all the time at the 4 gyms by my house.

 

Yes! Was in a smaller town today due to work and around 80%+ gyms were instinct, which was sick because I just dropped off loads of pokes at as many gyms as I could!

Sometimes in the town I live I'll wake up in a morning and all nearby gyms will be instinct too which is super rare

 

My gyms are all weak anymore. Like people quit playing as much. I happened to go back to my trail gym two weeks ago, and there was an open spot at the gym so I threw my 1800CP Exeggutor in there... He's still there.

 

How many coins did you get?

 

all my gyms are stacked to the max xp level with no room to join or level them up so its pretty much the opposite where i live.
