Just hatched a Drowzee. Pretty cool. I've never seen one before

 

This makes me want to vomit.

 

A Magnemite just hatched for me. Hatches seem to be getting much better lately (fortune wise)

 

Ok... these made me laugh

 

I finally caught my first Rydon! Never seen one before. 104/104.

 

Hatched a Porygon motherfuckers.

 

I've just accepted that I will forever complain about this game. Just hatched a new Pokemon, tangela, and got mad because a) I hatched another one right after so it felt like a wasted egg, and b) it didn't do that sequence where it adds it to the pokedex

Also got my first Nidoking, and also hatched a 472 Pikachu with a thunder attack of 100!!!

 

I haven't played at all this week, mainly because I lost interest in trying to get distance out of those eggs. haha.

 

Haven't been on this site in a while, but it has been crazy going through and seeing people get excited about hatching certain things and then letdown by hatching certain pokemon. I've come to realize that a lot of this just has to do with what region you live in. Someone was excited about hatching a Drowzee, but I see them all the time. Someone said they have a clefairy nest and I would kill to find one. I love this game. I was on my way to work this morning and have to be in on time and of course while my daughter is holding my phone a Lapras is sighted nearby. It took every ounce of restraint I had to not turn around and try to find it. I've only seen one and he ran away after like 20 ultra balls and razzberries.

 

-Pokedex is 127/129 (Damn you Lapras and Blastoise)
-Level 25
-Highest CP is Arcanine at 2168 with bite and fireblast
-Second Highest CP is Exeggutor at 2088 with zen headbutt and solar beam

 

I can't seem to find a definitive answer, but can you actually hatch the region specific Pokemon from eggs or not?

 

Tracked a CP350 Blastoise down last night, but it ran after like like six ultra balls.

THEN, I managed to catch one sitting at my desk this morning ... CP30

This is such a tease. So underwhelming when you meet an evolution in the wild that you've been wanting for awhile only to get it at such a low CP. Happened to me with Victorybell & Wartortle.

Only solace is that you get the Pokedex entry.

 

It also blows even more when you catch an evolved Pokemon with low CP that still has another evolution to go... Perfect example, I have an Ivysaur who is MUCH weaker than my Bulbasaur. So do I just grab a Venusaur or wait and evolve the stronger Bulbasaur twice?

 

WAIT every time

 

I generally do with the double-evolving Pokemon unless it's one I don't care about (Butterfree, Beedrill, Pidgeot). I just want to get the Pokedex entry and then capitalize on the cheap evolution by catching tons of Caterpies, Weedles, Pidgeys, etc.

Been waiting for sooo long to evolve my Nidorans, Oddish, and Poliwag. Almost up to 125 candies of each.

Pretty sure the game knows exactly when I'm one pokemon away from an evolution, because that's always exactly when I catch the evolution in the wild at 24CP

 

I have over 125 to do a ghastly, almost enough for a squirtle. Bummed I wasted candies on a gloom and to get a pretty weak poliwrath.

 

I feel like the game knows when I'm getting close to an evolution. I'm stuck on the last candies for all of those I mentioned lol I felt like there was a burst of Horseas and Poliwags until I got close. Now there's none :\

 

Haha yeah I've had three Ghastlys run away from me in the past two days, only need one more for a Gengar. It's pretty rough lol

 

At least you still get the new Poke bonus either way. The opposite happens to me. I quit seeing them for like a week when I'm one away.

 

Just did 54 evolutions on a lucky egg. Could've squeezed in five more or so. Got me into level 23. I'm at 90/94 now. Dragonair, Seadra, Tentacruel, and Dodrio being the runners and I have all their base.

I've seen silhouettes for Grimer, Snorlax, and Dragonite, but have yet to come across them.

 

Yeah I just did evolutions straight through the 30 minutes. Didn't even have enough time to get through all of them. Almost went straight through level 22.
