Ryan Reynolds voicing Pikachu is kind of weird but I'm sure you just get use to it during the movie.

Yeah Reynolds annoying voice on adorable Pikachu is the main thing I'm not feeling haha. I'm pretty sure this will end up being fun though,. Hope there's a Gyarados in it

This looks so much better than I was expecting. At the very least, this will be extremely fun. I’m all in.

 

They did it. They made live-action Pokemon that look like Pokemon, and work.

Love how Pikachu looks. The visuals and humor in general. I'm ready.

this looks way better than I'd have imagined a live action Pokemon movie being pulled off, and while I like Ryan Reynold's, his voice + Pikachu's design are a little jarring together.

Probably because I finally saw Deadpool 2 recently and it's not easy to separate him from that character, so it sounds like Reynolds doing Deadpool doing Pikachu

 

I can't wait to Pokemon Go to the movie theater!

I bought the game when it came out last year on a total impulse and REALLY enjoyed it- it was definitely geared for a younger age on the difficulty scale, but it was fun and funny enough that I really enjoyed playing it. I'm hoping for the best for this movie. Give me a dumb neo-noir Pokemon movie.
