the jamboree with Off Book is incredible lol. i dont regularly listen to Off Book anymore but I am always impressed by them
As a fan of PTR, I usually skip stuff that I have no association with since I haven’t gone to a theme park in forever, with the City Walk Saga being the exception. If I know nothing about the Country Bear Jamboree or its lore with PTR, would I enjoy the Jamborweek?
I would say try the first Bear episode and if you enjoy it you will like the rest of the episodes. If you don’t like it, I would suggest still listening to the Country Bears movie 2nd gate. The offbook podcast crossover all depends on whether you enjoy offbook or not.
Got tickets to the 3/22 show. Haven't really listened in a while, but a friend randomly asked this morning if I'd be interested. Pretty excited to catch up with the boys and just get out of the house, haven't been a comedy show in 2 years.
Great show last night. Was a little worried since I'm more of a casual fan and always skip the live shows, so didn't know what to expect, but it was hilarious and they had a ton of great bits and good discussion of Guardians.
They might finish it in a few years at this pace. Hopefully they pumped the brakes and took their time for the next episode.
They can finish this is the next few years. They still have WDW and Tokyo Disney to cover in intense detail!
I’m not subscribed to the Patreon, so the “America’s Favorite Sweetheart” ep they unlocked, where they squeeze an hour out of two bathroom-adjacent posters is why I love this podcast.
This week’s episode had me go back and watch all the old Disney halftime shows. Holy shit. I was alive during all these and remember none of them. They had a whole Indiana Jones themed one where they break into “Can You Feel The Love Tonight” - no memory whatsoever.
