Each episode has been less quality than the one before it, imo, but I’m still enjoying and still intrigued. I trust Vince.
Need to get to episode 3 but I'm happy they didn't drag out the entire season into her finding the other english speakers.
They also did not drag out the mystery and outright broke it down on the pilot. That really surprised me.
The ending of this one was unnerving as hell. Interesting to note that this pervasively attentive life form’s greatest weakness is apparently the same as any other: self preservation.
I'm not sure if I'm totally convinced the hive mind *has* to be honest and not hurt people. I feel like it might be a trick, but we will see. Cool episode.
yup dude. flashbacks to a group of people pretending to be happy, trying to make you exactly like them, crying and emotionally manipulating you I was thinking about the toxic relationship angle but evangelical conversion/pressure is also completely apt
