finally watching this, first episode was crazy. was not expecting it to be so... invasion of the body snatchers lol

 

second episode is kinda goofy though, weird tone shift

Honestly, I'm not sure why this isn't the first thing she's hellbent on doing.

 

I feel like the intense horror kinda offset the tone really well in episode 1 but 2 just goes too silly with the other survivors acting like caricatures, it didn’t work for me

 

my thought is less she's going to force them to do anything or end up destroying anything and more that she will become so much more miserable that she eventually just asks them to assimilate her

 

the intrusive custom deliveries really remind me of targeted advertising. feels like a violation
