I don't know of it's clear that the virus is "controlling" anybody in a nefarious way. There is some moral ambiguity and grey areas here. I really love that this show is making me question if the extraterrestrial virus hivemind that just infected the entire planet might actually have a point.

 

2 eps in and I’m on the side of the “virus.” That’s why I like this television program.

Sincerest apologies for having an opinion on a tv show that differs from yours. Will truly do my best to avoid that in the future.

 

I would probably live like that guy in ep2 for a few months then call it a day / let them assimilate me

12 out of eight billion is such a crazy low percentage, even factoring in the 800m who died instantly. I wonder if they'll go into detail about what makes them immune or if they'll just write it off as a quirk of genetics
