I hate that this is seemingly real. There’s some highlights, sure, but it feels so underwhelming.

8.9 is Maps by Billy Woods and Kenny Segal and also Bait Ones by Jai Paul

I think Brad said it earlier but The xx headlining would be cooler. That being said, I couldn’t go to his Re:SET day last year and I’ve never seen Jamie live so I’m still excited!

Has he even released anything recently?

He released a single a couple months ago, so probs a new album will be released soon. But I just noticed it's been 9 years since he released his only solo album

And like, CRJ will be fine. It’ll be fun. But the enshittification has begun.

Yeah nothing about this excites me besides a smaller act or two each day. Def skipping this year.

I’ll be there Saturday for sure but the other days I’m fine skipping. Maybe Friday for Jai Paul but if I’m not taking the day off work and don’t care about Black Pumas at all is it really worth it?

(Also if Jamie releases another solo album this year and it’s anywhere near as good as In Colour it’s gonna for sure be AOTY contender)

I'm still disappointed by how bad Friday is. Probably won't even take that day off.

At least Saturday and Sunday are decent enough to warrant going.

This weak lineup does give me some hope for Lolla, though.

May go Sunday for Brittany Howard and Mannequin Pussy (plus Alanis).

Probably will do Sad Summer instead of this Saturday even though Jamie XX is the most exciting headliner here for me.

Hoping for a Mannequin Pussy or Wednesday aftershow

Is Jeff going to be like “I’m playing Pitchfork Fest this year please come but first come to my Salt Shed show in April which isn’t sold out yet and has $25 tickets!”
