me too. i had to sell my ticket because work got crazy but today would be a perfect day for it - high 70s in july?! can't be that.

 

I’ll be there hopefully in time for Perfume Genius but if not for Alvvays and The Smile.

So what’s up with the weather there? Noticed the person fronting Deeper said something about it but I thought it was just a reference to it being nice out or something. Seems the stream is on a weather delay though?

 

It was raining earlier but it’s all cleared up now.

 

Okay so they made us evacuate which sure I get better safe than sorry but there’s an outdoor metal festival going on at Cobra down the street that has no evacuated lol

 

They’re letting everyone back in and also not checking tickets

I was there and she was in shock she even got to play at all haha.

 

This set is reinforcing to me that King Krule is uhhh not totally for me, but he and his band seem like talented lads

but maybe it’s be a use I don’t know his stuff super well

 

Yeah I’m in the same boat, they’ve always felt like a band I should like but just never click with me

 

that charlotte adigery and bolis pupul set looked like it woulda been a blast to be at

 

Weyes Blood was amazing and Big Thief is killing it.

 

i wouldn’t call it a metal fest since bands like Militarie Gun and Spaced played. Regardless, during Fugitives set there was a ton of people watching over the fence and no one could figure out why. The evacuation explains it.

 

Palm was great and Rachika Nayar is killing it right now.

 

Annual reminder that, hands down, this is one of the best operated festivals around.

 

Saw some people say that a lot of people were talking over Big Thief, is that true?

 

There was a lot of talking, but there were also some long awkward pauses between songs that drove a lot of it. They were still great though, played about 8-9 unreleased tracks.
