That might be the best festival lineup I’ve ever seen, wish I still lived in Chicago.

 

I would be taking my first trip since the pandemic during Friday's stacked day.

 

Weekend passes are sold out.

 

Two aftershows announced:

Tenci/Katy Kirby @ Hideout 9/11
Oso Oso/Retirement Party/Dogleg @ Subterranean 9/11

 

I cannot physically wait for the oso/dogleg show. Whole squad already lined up tickets.

 

I'd for sure be going if I was in town, that lineup is awesome

 

I was wondering about after shows.

 

Has Pitchfork ever had an after show the day before the festival? Asking for a Phoebe Stan.

 

I mean I get why but also…this isn’t an aftershow. Don’t call it that lol.

 

Lollapalooza call them aftershows even when they have some 2 days before the actual festival

Ugh I already bought tickets to the Oso Oso show but that is way closer to me lol. What to do.

 

The aftershows so far are great. Now I’m extra bummed I can’t go this year, but it’s probably good because there are legit 4 aftershows on Saturday I would want to hit up.

 

Oso Oso and Dogleg at Subt is going to be fucking wild. Fuck, if only it wasn’t Saturday.

I might have to go to that and miss part of the show at Subt so I can get all of Annie.

I’m going to be an old, creaky wreck after that weekend

 

Gotta decide between the Hop Along show and the Faye show

 

I’ve had the thought of not doing Dogleg and going to Faye since it’s down the block anyway.

Speaking of which - I’m at SV at least once a week and would be more than happy to have drinks with anyone that’s local.
