    Quite the biting constant, unfortunately.

    "Hello!

we wanna announce that we’ll be playing a small run of shows towards the end of this year! tickets go on sale today at noon EST in the US and are on sale now in Europe. here’s the info:

November 26 – Brooklyn, NY – Music Hall of Williamsburg

December 1 – Amsterdam, NL – Sugar Factory
    December 3 – Berlin, DE – Cassiopeia

December 14 – West Hollywood, CA – Troubadour

the safety of our fans is a priority and we wanna emphasize our commitment to making sure everyone is as comfortable as possible at our shows. with that in mind, we’ll be partnering with organizations and volunteers trained in active bystander intervention in each city. more details on that to come.

tickets will be available at pinegroveband.com/tour. we’ll be donating a portion of profits from each ticket sale to planned parenthood.

    thank u!

That's the strangest/needlessly expensive tour routine I've ever seen

    Hmmmm.

The p4k article stated that the survivor had requested they take a year off touring. Evan’s statement came out on 21st November 2017 and the first show back is 23rd November 2018.

Not a great look that they’ve taken it so literally.

In the UK their only shows are down south so it’s not even a dilemma for me, but can’t imagine I’d feel like going to one of their shows as things stand right now.

Edit - it will also be interesting to see if the venues come under any pressure over their decision to host these gigs.

Yeah, instead of < 3 as a heart it's their way of doing it with the ampersand, which is kind of their thing, I guess.

Yeah, I just realized that it was probably because they use the ampersand for everything.

Definitely an interesting set of dates.

  8. absolutely fuck off with this

The Guild Room at First Congregational Church in Montclair? Very odd, this is right next to my home town and I have tons of friends in local bands, never been to a show or even heard of that place as a venue. Looks like it's a wedding hall. Strange.

I wonder if any other bands are playing with them. Something tells me these will be PG only shows.

  12. No time for these guys and no time for bands who might agree to support them on these shows. Fuck all the way off.
