Turnover did the first two tracks then the closer, haha. Citizen did that too if I remember correctly, but Fever Days and the closer were released on back to back days, so it might've been the other way around.
yeah i’m kicking myself for not going. i think i saw them like a week or so before this tour came to philly so i figured i could skip it. how wrong i was
I don't mind listening to the first song from an album (it's kind of nice sometimes to listen to an album and start off with something you're familiar with), but I will never listen to the last song. Even if it's released I just ignore it. It's every bit as bad as reading the last chapter of a book or watching the last scene of a movie first. Super excited about getting a single though! I'm assuming it'll stream on some website tomorrow/tomorrow night with an official release Friday.
Yep, I never listen to the last track when if they release it (and I'm usually pretty good about avoiding prerelease tracks in general past the first or maybe second)
That one depends on how much I love the band, but yea I generally try not to listen to more than 3 songs before release. Not a fan of releasing 5 songs from an 11 song album ahead of time.
i'm very overwhelmed by all of this information & new content but mostly by the fact that there's been a skylight thread for over a MONTH now and all you nerds have been talking about pgrove without me. no wonder the cardinal thread has been so dead
life really passed me by in the Pinegrove - Cardinal (February 12, 2016) thread. i was so young and naive
Lurk first two pages of music and entertainment daily, don't wanna miss new threads and don't bother subbing to anything
