I played Lookers so many times before that album came out. IMO the best song of 2016 but there have been times listening to the whole album where I've just skipped it because I've heard it so much
I DONT WANT A SINGLE imagine trying not to play it 1000 times before it's basically an appendage by the time the record comes out
"don't listen to new Pinegrove single until my eyes roll into the back of my head" I'm sure that'll be no trouble at all
I have a very real problem with delayed gratification and this is my favorite band so PLEASE SHOW SOME EMPATHY RE: MY VERY DUMB AND TOTALLY SELF IMPOSED ISSUE
If this is truly coming out March 2nd, then it’s really only 4 months: November, December, January, February. Which is really not that long. Especially with the holidays taking up a good chunk of that time.
Long rollouts suck but RFC is all about it anyway. We'll also probably get the first and last track before release which always bugs me
Would love like 10-14 new tracks, I haven't listened to any of the new stuff so hoping it's gonna pay off towards that number
I feel as though the first and last tracks should always be saved for the actual first full listen of the record. It makes it feel a lot newer and keeps your attention throughout rather than "oh I've heard this already I'll just stop the album early." Hate when they get released prior to the album release date.
This is going to be the greatest album of all time. Nandi and Evan just sound so smooth harmonizing. I love it so much.
