Anyone catching their Summer in Abaddon anniversary shows?

 

Glad to see there’s a thread for these guys. Such a fantastic underrated band

They’re playing a SD hometown show in October and I’m gonna try to hit that up. I missed their last two shows in LA and would hate to miss them again

 

Just came to search if there was a thread cuz I revisited the s/t and Summer In Abaddon last night. Just fantastic band. I’ll check out The Ladies

 

They are so good. My in-laws are actually in DC to see them both nights. They said last night was great.

 

With their last release being 2012....have they official stated they are done making new music?

 

They toured this year and last year too, literally played a show in my city last week. I would guess new music is still in the realm of possibility, but probably would expect a new PLOSIVS album first.

 

Love Pinback but hyped for new PLOSIVS.

 

Yeah I noticed I just missed them in nyc haha…will check out the plosivs album

I've tried to get into several of the others including Thingy and The Ladies but they unfortunately just don't do it for me. would kill for Heavy Vegetable to hit streaming though - that one is an all-timer.
