sorry, i couldn't help myself, I saw them live once and it was literally an hour of tremolo picking while their singer swayed back and forth like a palm tree and it was one of my least favorite sets I've ever seen

 

oh hell yeah

 

Might grab the urban outfitters variant, unless theres a 180g version or anotber cool one

 

Dreamtigers opening set was nice

 

everythung up to Whenever, If Ever is special

Harmlessness is very good

Death to New Years is amazing

the rest varies from just good to awful

 

I'm getting that - yellow is my fav color. :P

 

Wow guess people had varying experiences with TWIABP but their live show was very varied, and their last albums are incredibly good, even if I don’t personally enjoy them the most

 

They killed it, new songs sounded great but overall as someone who’s really into this album and Keep you I was pretty let down by the setlist but shook David’s hand after so all is well haha

 

so wait how? did they play a bunch of old stuff? i don't believe that, haha

 

I might have exaggerated a bit because I would have rather heard forever sound or Manila than any of the older songs (aside from Hiding ). They played 5 from the new album and 3 from Keep you, guess I was just hoping they’d go more from the new album for a release show but the rest of the crowd responded better to the old stuff which is not surprising

 

They should be playing keep you in full every show

April is still my favorite song of theirs to hear live

All the new songs were great. Was a little disappointed that Dry Spells or Bloody Sweet weren't played.

 

thats a good setlist but it makes me feel a bit better about missing friday

 

As someone who’s never seen them before, I’d be stoked to see most of those songs, but I stand by them needed to play KY in full. You can’t not play enamor me.

 

Is their a tour variant or is just the UO one?

 

never seen them live either. kind of surprised they are playing anything from tlla tbh

 

they always play i'll be damned or i'll get by, that hasn't changed

i think their set will be longer at the other shows, at least baltimore, that's very short even for them.

 

Both of these and no I'll Get By is pretty surprising, but really cool.

 

April and Repine have me really excited for tonight. All of the new stuff too, but those are my faves.

the last time i saw them was during the period they were touring with that spoken word dude around the time they put out that collab EP with me. my now wife was with me at this show, and she doesn't usually attend these things with me because she hates most of the music i listen to. they started the set normally, but a couple of songs in they played one of their collab songs with spoken word dude. i have never wanted to stab myself in the ear drums more. dude's voice was so grating, and iirc he was ranting about shopping at a grocery store or some bs. it was so awful.

 

Was this the IIOI/AGPOL tour?
