but no one complained about his post that started this so im confused, if you had him blocked how did you see him saying "Im gonna slap anyone who doesn't find this album heavy" or whatever it was. Im just trying to moderate a little bit, bc I like both posters.

 

It’s not about disparate opinions, I love having a good discussion, but a respsectful manner to engage is paramount.

Pretty sure this is problematic and the wrong way to handle anything ever in any context of any scenario. History shows that. But that’s my last opinion on it. I’m very happy that people like this album as much as I do.

lol I've probably fought with Jake more than anyone on this site. He's spent the past x amount of days praising how good this album is and then made a jocular post about it being a heavy album. Cmon son

 

This bamd released a great new album today and all y'all wanna do is dig up old skeletons and shit on a great guy that you know little to nothing about. Jake said he didn't xkme here yrykng to start a fight, yet here at least two posters are starting a fight and being a toxic presence here instead of, ya know, talking about this album

Feels weird to say an intro is my favorite track, but it happens every one in a while and it happened here for me.

This is an obscure reference, but the vocals and melodies in Manila remind me of the band "This Day and Age".

I was mostly trying to prevent the cycle from happening again. The fact that he’s been getting away with it for so long speaks Volumes.

And yes I think people are enabling his shitty behavior as evidenced by the people coming to his defense in this thread.

Oh true. People take hyperbole way too seriously and don't realise the majority of posts are in fact opinions even if they don't state that.

 

See I tried reporting him multiple times and usually a mod just comes in and tell him to cool off and then it keeps happening. Verbally abusing people continuously is not ok. I don’t think that we as a community should stand for that.
I don’t like confrontation I don’t feel good about this at all right now but I really felt I needed to take a stand at some point.
