I love it so much! It's not a radio single, maybe, but would I ever consider PBTT a radio band? Perhaps after some of the new music only. One of my friends asked me when did they start sounding like The Smiths haha - which is not that off with Kyle's vocals now.
Really enjoyed both singles. Keep You still whips ass, I adore "Enamor Me." The keys in the chorus are so good
Okay, I can't remember if I listened to this album at some point or only listened to "Charisma," but I remember that single. That refrain is so catchy.
this song works so well in the flow of the record but I can understand the lukewarm reception to it as a standalone single
Would you say most of the record is more reserved like this one, or does this track serve its purpose in context as a song that holds back more as opposed to the rest of the album. idk if that makes sense at all lol.
This song and "Mouth" remind me of like Boxer-era National at moments and I think they exist in the middle portion of the record because the run of tracks 2-5 are pretty active.
I think I've seen different opinions already (like even here of course), but I personally love that track, well, both of them so far!
Respectfully disagree. I find this totally immersive, especially with good headphones on. The way it builds as the backing vocals, strings, horns, and the bass come in. Love it.
