    I’m still kinda new to this band, having finally listened to Wait for Love and this band for the first time during lockdown. I think that record is awesome, but these two new songs lack energy, or what I liked about WFL. That said, there may be a mood that this record will fit right with once it’s out as a whole. Just not anticipating as much as I had hoped as a newer listener.

    I think it does go for a certain mood - which I'm already feeling in a way, love both of the singles!

    Highly recommend listening to Keep You if haven’t - far and beyond their best work IMO

    I get the impression most long term fans seem to prefer Keep You. I’ve gave it a listen, but I haven’t really done a deep dove into it for no specific reason. I’ve listened to WFL a lot. Maybe I was just sampling more previously released music during lockdowns, and I finally gave Painos a listen in later lockdown.

    They definitely different that I was expecting.
