fujifilm x-t3 and a mix of the 56 1.2, 35 1.4, 16 1.4. usually cranked the aperture wide open and iso was somewhere between 3200-6400 (thankgod for the lightroom noise reducer tool).
Any good film camera recs for under $100. Long Weekend 35mm Film Camera Creme-Multi (213-026) - Moment this one seems enticing, but I haven’t had a film camera in ages and not sure what’s a good brand.
Long shot here but I have been trying to find a Canon G7X Mark II for the longest time and they are just so ridiculously price right now. If anybody has a lead at something more reasonable, let me know!
Foggy night in Oslo. Taken on iPhone 14 Pro, with further touchups in Lightroom. Don’t have the spare money right now to get a new DSLR lens for replace my broken one, so iPhone it is for now
Recently bought a Sony A7iv and enjoying it. Debating about getting a Sony FX30 for film or saving up for a Sony FX3
the a7iv is still a really good hybrid camera for video too. what are you needing out of the FX line that the a7iv can't give you? Only thing that I wish it had was uncropped 4k60, so an FX3 would be my only option. Orrrrr...the A1ii
The 120 fps for 4K for wildlife and sports videography mostly. The 4K at 60 fps is doable but 120 fps would be nice. It seems like the FX3 shoots a little better in low light too, even though I’ve enjoyed how well the A7iv handles low light videos.
My main body is the a7siii, and even though I got it specifically for low light, it still surprises me just how good it is. Annoying how expensive Sony lenses are though. Been using a lot of Sigma lenses and really liking Venus Laowa.
I’ve been using a Sony G-master 70-200mm lens aside from the standard Sony lens that came with my A7iv. I’d like to get a 24-50mm but for Sony a g-standard is still $1200. So I’m waiting
I so nearly switched to Fuji last summer, but the expense meant that I kept Nikon for digital and then I started slipping into messing with film a lot, which also worked out expensively for me. You just don't notice it as much when it's £15 every week rather than £1500 once.
Yeah I’m sticking with Sony, but I got a Fuji X100F as a more simplistic, walk-around camera a few years ago. Something about the X100 series as a whole is just… enjoyable.
I've started getting back into photography again lately. Here's some shots I've taken in the past month. If you like what you see there's more at photosbymaxstern.com
Bought my first "real" camera today, after a year+ interest in iPhone Photography / photo editing, now just waiting for it to be shipped. Got the Canon R10. Some of the Fujifilm stuff is/was very intriguing, but after reading WAY TOO MANY sites, the Canon felt like the right place to start and learn on.
I am and if anyone is willing and wants to check out my vsco account check it here. - thanks for any support given. https://vs.co/2itxu1ng
