The trend lately seems to be announce a tour then the album a month or 2 later. Probably to stagger out pre-orders and ticket sales.

Honestly, if the Yondr pouches help the crowds be better, it's worth it. It's actually kind of impressive how much more respectful and less annoying the crowd was last night (compared to the other Phoebe/boygenius shows I've been to post-Covid). It was really nice to actually hear the vast majority of the performance without people yelling over it.
