Yeah, not that there is any right or wrong way to handle this time we are living in but she really has been very good at handling how to stay relevant (for lack of a better word) during a time with no touring. Since the album dropped (and even before) she’s been giving us so much. It’s great!
played the EP this morning and apple music rolled it into Appointments by Julien Baker and I was a mess
gotta go against the grain and say the EP versions are just "okay" in my book. except "punisher" which is "quite good"
I like the Copycat version of Kyoto, but the others don’t really work for me. They almost feel like demos. I’d probably enjoy them more if they were orchestral rather than just strings.
Really proud of her. It's wild to think back to when I discovered the Killer EP to now. She deserves it.
