Yeah it's probably currently the only album I choose to listen to front to back outside of random shuffle

 

Still my most listened to album after a couple of weeks. I usually have a song from it stuck in my head. I'm listening to it less than I did initially, though

 

I think I burnt out on it by listening to it so much

Still in heavy rotation for me! I kinda tried to stop, cause I had ordered the vinyl and want it to feel more special when I first listen to it, but they're coming up with some delays so I don't care as much, still so crazy about it!

neither of her albums were albums i could just throw on at any time for full listens, very mood/time dependent.

 

I'd also agree it's definitely a mood album, and more suitable for late evenings.

 

Don't know how I missed the song she did with Lord Huron considering it's her #1 song on YouTube Music, but holy shit, so good.

 

That’s honestly one of my favorite songs I’ve heard in a while. “I had all and then most of you, some and now none of you.” I love that line so much

 

I still automatically turn "I Know the End" on a month later. I listened to the full album about three times this week. None of it's wearing off... the songs that were slightly less great ("Halloween," "Moon Song") have just caught up to the rest.

And getting best song twice really is quite a feat.

 

I keep forgetting to mention that every now and then I get hints of Azure Ray when listening to it.

Edit: Very confused, the vinyl I ordered from Your Majesty was black and red swirl showed up. No complaints from me!

Her, mxmtoon, BENEE, Beabadoobee, Clairo, and Beach Bunny are all who’s huge with high schoolers now. Being around the same age is very relatable to them.

I bet having Marie (Girl In Red) shout out Phoebe will get Phoebe some new fans.

 

Yeah most of those artists I’m moderately to very aware of, just her in particular that I didn’t realize was any kind of sensation. Not digging at her or anything, she’s got a few good tracks. We Fell In Love In October was in my regular rotation a while back

 

Dead Girl in the Pool might have been my most played song last year
