That's indeed quite simillar, combined with Skullcrusher and Samia, I guess. Here even the strumming pattern sounds familiar.

The last few days I've been meaning to recommend new Rat Tally in here, which gave me some Phoebe vibes, maybe especially production-wise - but that would be kind of a more cheerful version of the genre. I only discovered it last month too
